Aspora is committed to providing prompt and reliable transfer services to customers located in the United Kingdom. Under the Express Transfer offering, Aspora guarantees completion of an eligible transfer within two (2) hours from the time of initiation, subject to payment of an additional fee above the standard transfer fee. In the event that the transfer is not completed within the guaranteed time frame, the additional fee paid for the Express Transfer shall be refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the Aspora Express program (“Campaign”) offered by Aspora to its UK users. By initiating a transfer through the Aspora platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Who is eligible?
This campaign is open to:
New and existing users registered on the Aspora app in the UK
Not eligible:
Aspora employees, their immediate family members
Aspora partners, vendors, or suppliers
Eligible users will receive direct communication (email or in-app) confirming eligibility.
2. What transactions qualify?
To qualify:
You must complete a transfer from UK → India via the Aspora app
Minimum transfer amount is 10 GBP
3. The 2-hour guarantee & reward
Aspora aims to complete eligible transfers within 2 hours of successful payment
• If the transfer is not completed within this time:
You’ll receive the additional fee that is collected.Reward details:
Credited to your Aspora account within 7–14 business days
Reward is non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn
4. When does the guarantee not apply?
The 2-hour guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
a) Additional information required (RFI)
If we need extra details from you (for example:
beneficiary clarification
compliance or verification checks)
The 2-hour timer pauses until the information is provided.b) External or exceptional situations
Delays caused by factors outside Aspora’s control, including:
Bank holidays
Regulatory or compliance checks
Third-party bank or partner issues
Technical outages or unusually high demand
Aspora may review reward eligibility in these cases.
5. Fair use & misuse
Aspora reserves the right to:
Disqualify users attempting to exploit the campaign
Cancel rewards in cases of fraud, multiple accounts, or intentional manipulation
Accounts involved in misuse may be suspended.
6. Changes or termination
Aspora may:
Modify, pause, or end this campaign
Update these Terms & Conditions
This may happen without prior notice if required for operational, regulatory, or security reasons.
7. Liability & legal
Aspora is not responsible for losses beyond the stated reward participation is subject to all applicable UK laws and regulations. Aspora’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy continue to apply
1.1. The following users shall be referred to as “Eligible Users” for the purposes of this Campaign:
(a) The Campaign is open to users who are registered on the Aspora App in the UK, both new users and existing users.
(b) Employees of Aspora and their immediate family members, as well as any of Aspora's partners or suppliers, are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
1.2. All Eligible Users shall receive an explicit communication via email to confirm their eligibility for the Campaign.
