Aspora is committed to delivering fast and reliable transfer services to our UAE-based customers. This campaign guarantees a 2-hour transfer completion time for eligible transfers from the UAE to India, with a reward for any delays. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the Aspora Guarantee ("Campaign") being conducted by Aspora for its users in the UAE. By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Eligibility:
1.1. The following users shall be referred to as “Eligible Users” for the purposes of this Campaign:
(a) The Campaign is open to users who are registered on the Aspora App in the UAE, both new users and existing users.
(b) Employees of Aspora and their immediate family members, as well as any of Aspora's partners or suppliers, are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
1.2. All Eligible Users shall receive an explicit communication via email to confirm their eligibility for the Campaign.
2. Campaign Period:
12th December 2025 to 7th Jan 2026
3. Eligible Transactions:
3.1. To qualify, the Eligible Users must complete a transaction through the Aspora app from UAE to India (“Eligible Transaction”).
3.2. There is no minimum transfer amount required to qualify as an Eligible Transaction.
3.3. This Campaign is applicable on only one Eligible Transaction per Eligible User, during the Campaign Period.
4. Rewards Structure:
4.1. Rewards for existing Eligible Users:
(a) All existing Eligible Users who initiate an Eligible Transaction and where such Eligible Transaction is not completed within 3 (three) hours, will receive an assured reward of AED 100 (“Reward”).
(b) The Reward will be credited to the Eligible User's Aspora account within 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) business days after the successful completion of the Eligible Transaction.
(c) The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
5. Exclusions and Limitations:
5.1. Transfers Requiring Additional Verification: Transfers that require additional verification or a request for information (RFI) from the Eligible User may not be eligible for the 3-hour guarantee.
5.2. System Overload: In case of a surge in transfers due to the Campaign, delays caused by system overload may be considered an external factor, and Aspora reserves the right to review the Reward eligibility.
5.3. Incorrect Reward Distribution: If any errors occur in Reward distribution, Aspora will rectify them within a reasonable time frame after verification.
5.4. Regulatory Compliance: The Campaign is designed to comply with UAE financial regulations and advertising standards. Any unintended compliance issues will be addressed promptly to maintain full compliance.
6. General Conditions:
6.1. Aspora reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Users who is found to be in violation of these T&Cs or who manipulates the Campaign in any way. Any attempt to exploit the Reward system by creating fake delays, multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the Campaign and potential account suspension.
6.2. Aspora reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
6.3. The Eligible Users agree and acknowledge that the Campaign may be affected by external factors which are reasonably outside the control of Aspora including but not limited to bank holidays, international sanctions, technical issues within third-party banks or partners or other events outside Aspora’s direct control.
6.4. Aspora shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including, but not limited to, any technical failures or fraudulent activities by Eligible Users.
6.5. The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE.
6.6. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Users voluntarily release Aspora and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or misuse of Rewards received pursuant to the Campaign. This includes liability stemming from the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Campaign, even if Aspora is negligent. Participants also agree to indemnify and defend Aspora from any claims arising from their breach of these T&Cs or the provision of their personal details. Aspora is not liable for any technical issues, such as hardware or software errors, network problems, or data transmission issues, that may affect the operation or disbursal of refund.
6.7. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Users agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. Aspora is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from participation in the campaign outside of the Reward for new users as described above.
7. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the provisions of the terms of Aspora Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall apply to all Participants.
