These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Atlys × Aspora Referral Campaign ("Campaign") operated by Aspora. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before taking part.

1. Eligibility:

To participate in this Campaign, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be a registered Aspora user in the UK or UAE.

• You must have completed at least one (1) transfer on the Aspora platform prior to or during the Campaign period.

• Important: Users who already hold an active or prior Atlys account are not eligible to redeem the Atlys voucher.

• Participation is subject to Aspora's standard user eligibility checks. Aspora reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify users found to be in breach of these Terms.

2. Campaign Offer:

2.1 Referrer Rewards

If you are an eligible Aspora user who invites friends to join:

• Invite 2 friends who sign up via your unique referral link to unlock a $150 Atlys visa voucher.

• Additionally, receive £15 GBP (UK) / 20 AED (UAE) for each friend who completes their first transfer — up to £30 GBP / 40 AED in total.

• The Atlys voucher is triggered upon your 2nd friend's sign-up. No transfer is required from your friend at this stage to unlock the referrer voucher.

2.2 Referee Rewards

If you sign up via a friend's referral link:

• You will receive 1 free transfer upon completing sign-up and KYC.

• Upon completing your first transfer, you will receive a $150 Atlys visa voucher.

• The referral code must be applied at the time of sign-up. Referrals without a linked code at sign-up will not be counted and will not be eligible for rewards.

2.3 Total Value

The Atlys voucher can be applied toward visa applications for Greece, Hong Kong, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia, with total potential savings of up to £161 GBP (approximately 750 AED), subject to which visas you apply for.

3. Campaign Validity & Cutoff:

This is a limited-time offer. The Campaign runs from 26 March 2026 to 10 April 2026 (inclusive).

• Important: If your friend signs up after 10 April 2026, they will not be eligible for the Campaign and their sign-up will not count toward your referral milestone or any associated rewards.

• A limited pool of 50,000 voucher codes is available across Schengen and DAC visa categories. Rewards are subject to availability and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the code pool is exhausted, no further Atlys vouchers will be issued for this Campaign, regardless of eligibility.

• Aspora reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

4. Voucher Terms:

The Atlys voucher is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issuance.

• Validity extensions may be granted at the discretion of Atlys. Users seeking an extension must contact the Atlys support team directly.

• The voucher is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or applied toward an existing Atlys account.

• The voucher will be delivered by email to the registered email address on the user's Aspora account upon successful milestone completion.

• If the voucher remains unused after 7 days from issuance, a reminder notification will be sent to the registered email address.

5. Referral Conditions:

The referral code must be applied at the time of sign-up. Referrals made without a linked referral code will not be recognised.

• Self-referrals and duplicate or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

• Previous referral history does not carry forward into this Campaign. All referral counters start fresh for Campaign purposes.

• The referrer's Atlys voucher milestone is set at 2 successful sign-ups. The counter does not reset after the milestone is reached — no further referral rewards will be issued to the same referrer within this Campaign once the milestone is completed.

• The referee's Atlys voucher is triggered upon completion of their first transfer only. Sign-up alone does not qualify the referee for the Atlys voucher.

6. Voucher Redemption & Support:

Aspora is responsible for issuing the Atlys voucher link upon milestone completion. Once the voucher link is delivered, redemption and usage are governed by Atlys's own platform terms and policies.

• All queries related to voucher redemption, activation, technical issues, or visa applications on the Atlys platform must be directed to the Atlys support team. Aspora does not accept liability for issues arising on the Atlys platform post-issuance of the voucher link.

• Atlys reserves the right to validate and approve redemptions in accordance with their own policies.

7. General Provisions

Aspora reserves the right to disqualify any user found to be abusing the referral programme, including but not limited to the creation of fake accounts, manipulation of referral links, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

• Aspora reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Campaign following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction (UK or UAE).

• By participating in this Campaign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
