1. Definitions
“Campaign” means the Aspora x Noon AED 100 Signup Bonus offer described here.
“Aspora Cash” means in-app promotional credit issued by Aspora, redeemable only inside the Aspora app.
“Eligible User” means a first-time Aspora user who is an Indian national residing in the UAE and completes KYC during the Campaign Period.
“KYC” means mandatory identity verification conducted within the Aspora app.
“Reward” means the AED 100 Signup Bonus and additional cashback as described below.
2. Campaign Period
This Campaign is valid from:
1 October 2025 to 25 December 2025
Only users who complete signup and KYC within this period qualify for the Reward.
3. Eligibility
To qualify, the user must:
Be an Indian national residing in the UAE.
Be signing up for Aspora for the first time.
Register through a Noon QR code or Noon in-app banner, download the Aspora app, create an account, and complete KYC verification.
Duplicate, previously registered, or fraudulent accounts are not eligible.
4. Nature of the Reward
The AED 100 Signup Bonus is issued only as Aspora Cash.
Aspora does not provide physical cash under any circumstance.
Aspora Cash can only be redeemed against money transfers to India within the Aspora app.
The Reward has no independent monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the app.
This is consistent across Aspora’s promotional markets (US, UK, UAE).
5. Redemption Conditions
To redeem any portion of the AED 100:
The user must make a minimum transfer of AED 2,500 from UAE to India.
Up to AED 50 of the Signup Bonus can be redeemed per qualifying transfer.
Any remaining balance will follow Aspora’s general promotional rules.
6. Additional Cashback Policy
All new Aspora users also receive:
5% cashback on their first transfer
Capped at AED 100
Credited as Aspora Cash
Subject to Aspora’s global cashback terms
This cashback is separate from the AED 100 Signup Bonus.
7. Campaign Channels
The Campaign is promoted through:
Physical flyers distributed via Noon containing QR codes
Noon in-app banners and promotional placements
Regardless of entry point, the offer is identical.
8. Regulatory Compliance
Aspora adheres to:
Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) requirements
UAE Media Regulatory Office (UMC) guidelines
All advertising, financial services, and promotional laws applicable in the UAE
All rewards are issued digitally as in-app credits, consistent with regulatory requirements.
9. Misuse, Fraud, and Violations
Aspora may deny, revoke, or cancel rewards if:
Multiple accounts are created
KYC fails or information is inaccurate
Fraud, manipulation, or abuse is detected
A user violates Aspora’s Terms of Service or UAE law
Aspora’s decision will be final.
10. Campaign Modification or Termination
Aspora reserves the right to:
Modify the terms
Suspend the campaign
Extend or shorten the promotional period
Terminate the campaign entirely
Such changes may occur without prior notice, especially due to fraud risk, operational constraints, or regulatory instructions.
11. Limitation of Liability
Aspora is not responsible for:
Technical issues with QR codes
App installation failures
Noon distribution errors
Network or device limitations
Delays caused by banks, partners, or system constraints
Users are responsible for following all required steps correctly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under UAE court jurisdiction.
